I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches and tailor the process to suit your specific needs, goals, and pace - so therapy feels relevant, meaningful, and genuinely helpful to you. My primary modalities include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). CBT focuses on identifying and reshaping unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours, while DBT builds practical skills in emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness. I also integrate approaches such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), depending on what best supports your concerns.
