Hi, I am Celina — a Counselling Psychologist who believes therapy doesn’t have to be stiff, serious, or filled with confusing jargon. I know life gets messy, and humans are beautifully complicated. That’s why I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.
I work with adults aged between 18 to 40 navigating anxiety, depression, overthinking, burnout, relationship struggles, grief, identity confusion, and everything in between. I use an eclectic approach — no rigid formulas, no therapy jargon overload. I shape each session around what you need, using a mix of helpful evidence-based tools like CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed techniques. I’m fluent in English and Hindi, understand Marathi, and most importantly — I speak Human.
I offer a space that’s safe, warm, judgment-free, and deeply human. A space where you can feel your feelings (even the inconvenient ones), and slowly build a life that feels like yours again. I’ll walk with you, share practical tools, and maybe even a metaphor or a bad pun because healing can be hard, but it doesn’t have to be boring.
You’re not a problem to be solved. You’re a story still being written. For me, therapy is about co-writing that story with you: revisiting old chapters, editing the messy middle, and making sense of the plot twists.
