Hi, I’m Pratishtha — a Clinical Psychologist who has worked with adults facing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, psychosis, personality difficulties, and relationship struggles. I also work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing neurodevelopmental concerns such as autism, ADHD, and specific learning differences (SLD), while closely engaging with their families and caregivers. In addition to therapy, I conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for emotional, cognitive, behavioural, and neurodevelopmental concerns to guide accurate understanding and intervention. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based. I draw from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and supportive methods — always adapting the process to your pace and your story. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply trying to make sense of things, I aim to offer a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported. I hold an M.Phil in Clinical Psychology (Gold Medalist) from Amity University, an M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology from Christ University, and a B.A. in Psychology from Delhi University. I’ve trained at institutions like NIMHANS, Fortis, and Command Hospital, which shaped both my clinical foundation and my belief that therapy is about building connection, not just insight. Alongside clinical work, I’ve pursued research on hoarding, decision-making, attachment, and empathy which helps me understand how past experiences shape our present, and how meaningful change is always possible. With the right support, I believe everyone has the capacity to heal, grow, and live with greater balance and clarity. I’m here to walk with you on that journey.Hi, I’m Pratishtha — a Clinical Psychologist who has worked with adults facing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, psychosis, personality difficulties, and relationship struggles.
