I’m Sruthi Sridharan, a Clinical Psychologist, deeply passionate abouthelping individuals reclaim their sense of self when depression, anxiety, or stress begins to take over. Over the years, I’ve walked alongside many individuals who’ve felt exactly what you may be feeling now—overwhelmed, disconnected, and carrying far too much on their own.
In my work, I focus on creating a safe, judgment-free space where you can set down that weight. I believe therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—you are not broken. Instead, it’s about slowing down, understanding what your emotions are really telling you, and learning to use them as guides rather than battles to fight.
My approach blends warmth with practicality: I’ll listen deeply, reflect what you may not have been able to put into words, and offer tools you can actually use in daily life. Together, we’ll work on easing the grip of how you feel, slowly building resilience so that you feel more grounded, confident, and in control.
