Ms Sandeepa Kaur is a NIMHANS alumnus and a renowned Clinical Psychologist with 7+ years of experience. She is efficient in conducting psychological assessments andproviding therapy/intervention for a wide variety of conditions including anxiety, depression, stress-related issues. She follows an eclectic approach and decides interventions based on the needs and comfort of the client. She is trained in cognitive behaviour therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, interpersonal therapy, family and couple therapy, parent management. Apart from providing therapy, she is also involved in conducting workshops on stress, relationship management, enhancing positive emotion, etc. She believes in creating awareness about Mental health for which she started a youtube channel called Mansa: Mental health and wellness. She completed her M.A. - Applied Clinical Psychology from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai in 2015.
