She is trained to work with concerns around Anxiety, Emotional Regulation, Relationship Conflict, Family Conflict, Body Image, Hyperactivity, Impulsivity and/or Inattention, Grief, Loss, Depressive Thoughts, Trauma, Burnout and Work-related Stress. The age range of her clients generally comprises children, adolescents, adults (up to the age of 40) in individual therapy, couple and group therapy settings. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT).
