I don’t believe in a “one size fits all” approach; instead, I meet clients where they are and tailor each session according to their emotional needs, strengths, and pace. Whether someone is facing anxiety, depression, relationship stress, academic pressure, or a life transition, my focus is always on helping them build clarity, emotional balance, and a workable path forward.
