I am Rittika Dutta, a psychology professional with a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology and the Post Graduate Diploma in Rehabilitation Psychology (PGDRP), recognizedby the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). I am working under supervision and gaining hands-on experience in providing psychological support and counselling services. I deliver structured, evidence-based psychological interventions under supervision, drawing on approaches such as CBT, ACT, and person-centred therapy to assess and address emotional, cognitive, and behavioural difficulties in adolescents and young adult My approach is empathetic, non-judgmental, and client-centred. I aim to create a safe and comfortable space where individuals feel heard, understood and supported. I focus on helping clients build self-awareness, develop healthy coping strategies and improve overall emotional well-being.
