An RCI licensed Clinical Psychologist, Aayushi Gumber believes in a holistic and evidence-based approach for therapy. She has completed her M.Phil in Clinical Psychologyfrom the Institute of Human Behavior and Allied Sciences (IHBAS, Delhi University) Trained extensively in psychotherapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Family therapy and couple therapy. Her interests lie in cognitive, interpersonal and diagnostic assessments. She has a wide range of experience working with children, adolescents and adults from different backgrounds, in both psychological assessment & psychotherapies. She believes that mental health is more than the absence of mental illness - it is the ability to live and experience one's full capacity. Her treatment plans are centred on a holistic approach that is client-led and focuses on individual goals.
