Since a young age, I have been passionate about mental health advocacy, occasionally engaging in efforts to de-stigmatize mental health issues; especially for queer people, neurodivergent individuals, men's mental health and gender equality. These commitments guide me in creating a therapeutic space where every identity and lived experience is honored.
My approach in therapy is rooted in authenticity, collaboration, and inclusion, guided by a people-first philosophy that honors the whole person beyond labels, allowing each person to feel seen, heard, and validated in their unique experiences.
